REPORTS TO: President and Site ManagerBASED IN: Pella, IAPOSITION TYPE: Full-Time-Non ExemptDAYS OF OPERATION: Monday -Friday; Some Saturday and Sunday work may be required.  JOB DESCRIPTION: The Helper will be responsible for safely and efficiently assisting the driver with the following: loading material into the garbage trucks, assisting with moving dumpsters and totes to the back of the truck, and any other tasks scheduled by the Dispatch Department and Management in order to meet customer’s needs.
