Water/Wastewater Maintenance Worker II
The Water / Wastewater Maintenance Worker II is responsible for performing technical duties involved with maintaining the city's water and wastewater distribution systems. As this position involves operating a variety of heavy equipment, the successful candidate must possess or be able to readily obtain a valid Class A Commercial driver's license with Tanker and Airbrake endorsements with the State of Iowa. A Grade II Water Distribution License must be obtained within 36 months from the date of hire.

Water Treatment Plant Operator
The Water Treatment Plant Operator is responsible for performing specialized duties in the operation of the city's water treatment plant. The successful candidate must possess or be able to readily obtain a valid Class B Commercial driver's license with Tanker and Airbrake endorsements with the State of Iowa.
