The City of Pella is hiring for a Customer Care & Billing Representative located at City Hall. Our ideal candidate has experience interacting with customers both in person and over the phone as well as experience building relationships by listening, asking questions, and explaining utility services and products. This position is responsible for customer service, sales, and billing for the City of Pella's electric, water/wastewater, and telecom utilities.
