Rachelle Chase is a podcaster, columnist, public speaker, and author of eight published books and novellas, including Creating the Black Utopia of Buxton, Iowa and Lost Buxton. Her first middle grade historical fiction book is under consideration by major publishers, and a chapter on Buxton attorney and activist George Woodson is scheduled for inclusion in an upcoming book on African Americans in the Midwest. In 2020, she founded a nonprofit, Uniting Through History, where she facilitates a monthly online book club and invites everyone to join.
