Her first middle grade historical fiction book is under consideration by major publishers\, and a chapter on Buxton attorney and activist George Woodson is scheduled for inclusion in an upcoming book on African Americans in the Midwest.\n\n \n\nIn 2020\, she founded a nonprofit\, Uniting Through History\, where she facilitates a monthly online book club and invites everyone to join.
