Top Five for Small Business: Top Five Legal Things to Know about Social Media for Your Small Business

This Top Five monthly series focuses on issues small businesses face daily.  Each month features a topic such as human resources, marketing, accounting, IT and others. The featured speaker from each event in the series will introduce five key takeaways that will help your small business be successful.

This month will focus on the top five legal things to know about social media and your small business.

Social media is a part of our everyday life, even at work. Balancing your employer needs and employee rights can be tough. This interactive session will provide tips on how to draft and enforce workplace social media policies. You’ll also hear real-life case examples to help you understand when you can and should act and when it may be a risk to do so.
