You'll also hear real-life case examples to help you understand when you can and should act and when it may be a risk to do so. \n\n\n\nMaggie Hanson is an employment attorney at the Davis Brown Law Firm with a focus on litigation and employment practices liability insurance defense. She advises and defends employers\, managers\, and HR professionals in court\, mediation\, arbitration\, and administrative forums. Maggie primarily defends employers in disputes related to labor\, discrimination/harassment\, wrongful termination\, breach of contract/non-compete agreements\, unemployment claims\, and other employment-related issues.\n\n\n\nThe PACE Alliance has arranged these events to be simulcast live each month at the Graham Annex at Central College from 12-1 pm.
