Position Summary 
This position supports the construction and maintenance of overhead and underground electric distribution systems. The selected candidate will work alongside experienced team members to: 
• Construct, maintain, and repair electric power lines and equipment 
• Operate aerial lift equipment and heavy machinery 
• Climb poles and work at heights 
• Follow all safety protocols as outlined by OSHA, ANSI, and cooperative policies 

Requirements 
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent 
• Graduate of an accredited Power Lineman program or equivalent utility experience 
• Valid Class A CDL 
• Must reside within 30 minutes of cooperative headquarters upon hire 
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service 
• Previous utility experience preferred
