Founded in 2021, Janssen Fabrication was built to meet the custom manufacturing needs of contractors, builders, businesses, and individuals across central Iowa. From design to fabrication to media blasting to powder coating, we take projects from concept to coating — all under one roof. We’re young, driven, and dedicated to doing things the right way.

𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
We’re hiring a fabricator who can handle both one-off custom builds and short-run production. You’ll work with raw materials, layout tooling, welding fixtures, and finishing equipment to produce top-quality work. The right candidate is hands-on, sharp, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

𝐏𝐚𝐲 & 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐤𝐬:
-$25–$35/hour, based on experience
-PTO

-MIG & TIG welding (mild steel, stainless, aluminum)
-Blueprint reading
-Layout table experience
-Strong attention to detail
-Organized & self-motivated
-Coachable, team-oriented, and adaptable
-Flexibility in day-to-day work
-Problem-solving mindset
