Classic Aviation is looking for a full or part-time Administrative Assistant. We offer a dynamic and professional work atmosphere in the world of general aviation, but don’t worry, an aviation background is not required. Job Summary/Purpose: The role of the Administrative Assistant is to assist with office duties, record-keeping, and business-growing projects. Classic Aviation is a growing business, and the Administrative Assistant is essential to fostering growth, organization, and unity within the company and the community.

Essential Functions:
-Assist airport manager with day-to-day duties as well as long-term projects
-Provide exceptional customer service to both fly-in and walk-in customers
-Answer phones, generate invoices for sales, and manage standard office duties
-Organize records for various departments including maintenance, flight instruction, and other company functions
-Schedule flying lessons and aircraft reservations
-Concierge duties including local restaurant, hotel, and rental car recommendations
-Track fuel usage and maintain up-to-date info on fuel sheets
-Assist with accounts receivable
-Record and deliver messages Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
