Position Summary:

LDJ Manufacturing is home to the Thunder Creek Equipment brand of diesel fuel and service trailers. LDJ is a family-owned company, with strong Midwest roots and values, and a mission to develop, manufacture, and market innovative products that provide value to our customers in the agricultural, construction, and oil industries.
LDJ is looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The Administrative Coordinator will work with the marketing team to administer essential functions like department financials and customer service, as well as provide ongoing support for marketing projects as necessary.

 Primary Responsibilities:

  • The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of duties and will enjoy diversity in day-to-day tasks:

  • Post Updates to Internal and External Websites

  • Administer Department Financials

  • Track Department Budgets

  • Tradeshow Administrative Support

  • Manage Expense Reports

  • Assist with Online Job Postings

  • Mail Distribution

  • Manage Incoming Web Orders

  • Coordinate Product Registration Confirmation

  • Provide Research Backup as Needed

  • Answer Incoming Marketing Calls

  • Walk-In Customer Assistance

  • Other Duties as Assigned

Ideal Candidate will possess the following skill/qualities:



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive)

  • Knowledge of PivotTables and Access Preferred

  • Strong Attention to Detail

  • Robust Organizational Skills

  • Team Oriented Personality

  • Friendly Disposition

 Education & Experience:


  • Associate Degree in Business or Related Field; OR Comparable Work Experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position requires minimal travel, but it is preferred to have the ability to travel up to 5% of the time with a valid driver’s license.
