We currently have a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for a MEDICAL CLAIMS SPECIALIST and FLOATER 2 to join our corporate office team in PELLA, IA! This unique dual- role opportunity is perfect for the candidate who likes a varied schedule and frequent change of scenery!

As part of the Billing Team and under the guidance of the Billing & Office Manager, primary responsibilities include:
• Working aged receivables
• Investigating and re-submitting denied services
• Supporting the Billing Team as necessary in collecting payment and answering client questions about the submission process.

In addition, the secondary responsibility of this team member will be to provide coverage as a Care Coordinator at the front desk of several of our clinic locations. Travel time and mileage above normal commute is compensated when floating. Kinetic Edge Care Coordinators have the opportunity to build relationships with our clients and be a part of their journey to a transformed life through movement! Experience in the following is preferred, but we will train the right candidate:
• Medical office experience 1-2 years
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer/ Client service
• ICD-10: 1 year
• Medical Billing or medical insurance: 1-2 years

Required to be considered for this position:
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and reliable vehicle
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and prioritization skills

Job Type: Full-time, in-person, hourly, M-F flexible, NO WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS
Salary: BOE $15.00 - $17.00 per hour PLUS profitability bonus
