Order Fulfillment Specialist
We have a newly expanded position in our shipping department!
Our Order Fulfillment Specialist will:
- Fulfill orders from our website daily
- Communicate with customers via email or phone
- Resolve customer service issues pertaining to mail out orders
- Communicate with website provider and UPS
- Package orders and enter data into UPS/USPS
- Process payments using credit card machine or online processing software
- Record keeping & filing
- Care & organization of shipping department
- Maintain website with price changes and additions
Are you motivated, organized, quick on your feet, and adaptable? Then this could be the perfect position for you!
Approximately 30 hours a week, Monday through Friday; your schedule can be flexible outside of the holiday season. More hours will be required during the holidays. If you have strong management skills and enjoy working with people and on your own, we want to meet you!
