Leighton State Bank is looking for a Retail Relationship Specialist / Teller at our Pella Drive up location. This position is a great stepping stone into the banking world. Lets help others grow financially strong.

We currently have a position open for a full-time retail relationship specialist primarily working in our Drive-up location. This is a 40 hour a week position that would include a rotation of Saturday mornings.
Since this position plays an integral part in the success of the bank, we are seeking an individual who enjoys interacting with the public, has a professional demeanor, a keen attention to detail and outstanding customer service skills.
Responsibilities Include:

• Building strong customer relationships by greeting and welcoming customers to the bank;
• Process customer account transactions efficiently and accurately and in compliance with bank procedures and regulatory requirements;
• Accurately balance cash drawers;
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of customer information;
• Service new and existing deposit account relationships;
• Resolve customer inquiries;
• Become familiar with banking products and services in order to identify customer needs and recommend products that contribute to their financial success;
