Office Manager for Advancement

Job Description:
Responsible to the Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Advancement for performing a variety of office management and administrative support activities.

  • Provide reception, phone and clerical support with a welcoming spirit of hospitality.
  • Assist with coordination of mailings, support event needs, schedule interview and photo shoot appointments, book gift officer travel and appointments, log contact reports, credit card approval processing, filing and other advancement related tasks.
  • Learn office databases with the ability to sort for specific data and produce detailed reports.
  • Assist with student employees including scheduling work hours, detailing projects and approving payroll.
  • Manage office supply orders and deliveries.
  • Record minutes for internal and external meetings.
Additional secretarial training beyond high school and two years of effective experience.
