Office Assistant - Part-Time

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all customers by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. This particular position requires high attention to detail.

Office Assistant Responsibilities:
* Handling office tasks such as mixing paint, answering the phone, calling customers, maintaining the showroom, reordering supplies, and other duties as required
* Using computers and point of sale system
* Greet and assist customers
* Maintain polite and professional communication
* Anticipate the needs of others

Office Assistant Requirements:
* Prior administrative experience
* Excellent computer skills
* Attention to detail
* Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
* Dependability and promptness
* Ability to lift 50 lbs
