The Parks Maintenance Technician participates in a wide range of maintenance duties for the city’s parks and athletic fields including grounds and turf, plumbing and irrigation systems, playground equipment, shelter houses and restrooms, flower beds, trees, and bushes. The successful candidate must have (or be able to readily obtain) a valid Iowa driver’s license. This position has some responsibility for responding to after-hours emergencies.
