Eric is a B2B CFO®Partner with a passion for helping owners of privately held businesses reach their personal and business goals. His focus is on increasing cash and company value. His services include strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, profitable growth plans, increasing company value, and preparing a business to sell.

Eric provides Strategic Management Advisory services on an as-needed long-term basis. This helps privately held businesses benefit from his experience, without the fully loaded cost of a full-time employee. The sweet spot in terms of the businesses he works with are businesses whose sales are in the $5M -$75M range.
Eric graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and has over 25 years of experience since graduation. He has over 12 years of CFO experience as a collaborative leader in solving business problems while managing and developing highly engaged teams.  Previous roles include CFO positions at businesses with revenues ranging from $1 billion to $10 billion. Eric has also provided strategic planning and financial modeling for several startup businesses.
When Eric is not working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing guitar, exercising, walking his dogs and reading.
