Tassel Ridge Winery presents Wine & Salmon Fusion Dinner
Tonight, Chef Frank’s takes items from different cuisines and fuses them together to create his Salmon Fusion Menu! Come at 6 pm for wine tasting, then dinner begins at 6:30 pm with a Mixed Green Salad with Edamame, Avocado, Orange Supremes, Cilantro and Toasted Sesame Vinaigrette paired with Tassel Ridge La Crescent followed by Jalapeño Orange Glazed Salmon served with Wild Rice and Thai Green Beans paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa Marquette Rosé. The evening ends on a decadent note with a slice of Dark Chocolate Covered Strawberry and Cream Cake paired Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante® Pink.
