This Quarter: Retail Trade Area Analysis Results
Defining Pella’s trade area is an essential step to growing our retail economy.  The PACE Alliance partnered with The Retail Coach, a national retail consulting, marketing research and development firm, to conduct a retail trade area analysis for Pella.

Why is this data so important?  Data helps existing businesses identify ways to expand their markets, target marketing ads/messages, and define the preferences of current and potential customers.  The information is also vital to entrepreneurs or established companies when deciding whether to start, grow, or locate in our area.

Austin Farmer, with the Retail Coach, will present the data points and demographic information for Pella’s trade area. He will review data on where our customers live, gaps in our market, growth areas, and customer psychographic information.
