Dutch Costume Exchange 2022
Come pick out a costume for Tulip Time 2022! The PHSM Costume Exchange will be held March 30-April 2 at the Scholte Church. If you have a costume to sell, you'll bring it on Tuesday, the 29th (2-7pm). Shoppers can come the 30th-2nd to buy, see times below.
