Charcuterie Workshop at Sun Valley Barn

Have you seen some of those amazing charcuterie boards and thought "How do they do that? Where do you even start?" Join us on Thursday, January 21st, for a fun CHARCUTERIE WORKSHOP and learn how! Kylie, owner of Kylie’s Charcuterie Creations, will teach you the basics of charcuterie, along with delicious wine pairings, as you create your very own tasty board!
Registration is $60 and includes a wine tasting and pairing, meats, cheeses, pickled items, jams, fruits, nuts, crackers and more! Everything you need to create a delicious charcuterie board will be provided for you! All you need to bring is your own charcuterie board and your favorite kitchen knife.
