Bourbon and BBQ at Pella Opera House
Join for an evening of conversations, great bourbons and the opportunity to learn more about the tradition of Iowa distilling at Bourbon and BBQ 2025!
Doors open at 5:30 pm with bourbon tastings available until 8 pm. An amazing buffet dinner will be available from Amos Flava beginning at 7 pm. Enjoy tasting and learning about different bourbons at the distillery tables. We’ll have representatives with a variety of bourbon samples from several Iowa Distilleries plus a “flavored” bourbon tasting table and “bourbon vs whisky” tasting table. At 8 pm, you're invited to enjoy a cigar from Iowa Cigars on the back dock at the Opera House.
