Art and Learning Garden with Pella Community Center
How do Art and Gardening work together? Have you ever wondered about natural dyeing and the plants needed to do this?
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we will work in the learning garden to grow plants needed for our art projects. Our art projects will include journal making, pounded flower pictures, leaf printmaking, eco-dyeing projects and so many more. We will have special guests for both the art projects and the gardening projects.
At the end of class, we will have learned new gardening skills, art skills, and appreciation for nature!
This class is for ages 7 & up. Pre-registration is required, online or call 628-4571 to register.
