Fourth of July Celebration - Activities, Parade & Fireworks - Monday, July 5th
1:00pm-4:00pm Swimming at the Aquatic Center (Adult $7, Child/Senior $6). Located at 602 E. 8th Street in Pella.
3:00pm-6:00pm Plume Hill Horse Drawn Carriage Rides in Central Park
3:00pm-5:00pm Fishing at Caldwell Park (poles & bait provided at no cost)
4:30pm-5:30pm Free Activities in Central Park: Games available for use (giant jenga, bags, etc.), Community Center Arts/Craft in Central Park
3:00pm-5:30pm Events on the Tulip Toren:
3:30 Triumph Martial Arts
4:00 Dans Company

6:00pm-7:30pm Parade Route: Start at E 2nd/Franklin west on Franklin to north on Main, west on Washington to south on Broadway, east on Franklin to south on Main St, end at Independence. (No parking on the parade route after 2pm)

10:00pm Fireworks
Food stands by Post Office: 3:00p – 8:00pThe City of Pella Fireworks display will be held on July 5th at 10:00pm. Fireworks are launched from the East University St & 240th Place intersection just east of Madison School. (All of the Madison School property will also be closed for the fireworks show). University St. from East 13th to 240th Place and 240th Place will be closed before and during the fireworks show. Vehicle parking is allowed only on designated hard surface parking lots, please do not park on any grassy areas. In case of a rainout, fireworks only will be moved to July 9th at the same location.
