Mr. Yaggi will give an update on Pella Corporation and an overview of the New Horizon Academy.  IBC Director Joe Murphy will follow with a presentation of the IBC's annual Competitive Dashboard\, which benchmarks Iowa against the rest of the country on a number of important economic indicators. After his presentation\, a panel will be convened with state and local leaders. \n\n\n\nPanelists for the Pella Vision to Vitality event include:  \n\nTim Yaggi - President & CEO\, Pella Corporation \n\nDebi Durham - Executive Director\, IEDA & IFA  \n\nMark Putnam - President\, Central College \n\nKate Guess - Vice President of Human Resources\, Vermeer Corporation \n\n\n\nThe Vision to Vitality forum will conclude with an audience Q&A. Panelist comments and audience feedback is used to help instruct Iowa Business Council policy and priority initiatives. \n\n\n\nVision to Vitality forums are held across the state to produce candid discussions between IBC members and local community leaders about Iowa's economy and best practices for future growth.
