DESCRIPTION:The Pella Chamber is proud to partner with ATW Training Solutions to offer leadership training for our members and their employees to further develop the leadership skills within your current workforce in 2017.  All classes are limited to 24 participants.  This class will focus on:\n\n\n\nCrucial Conversations: Whenever you're not getting the results you're looking for\, it's likely a crucial conversation is keeping you stuck.
