She is a certified Offender Workforce Development Specialist and holds her International Alcohol and Drug Counselor certification. She is also the Federal Bonding Program Coordinator for the state of Iowa. Shelley graduated with her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.\n\n\n\nPrior to IWD\, Shelley worked with Iowa Department of Corrections as a Correctional Officer and a Correctional Counselor for nearly 20 years. Shelley brings an array of knowledge and resources to her new role and is very passionate about helping justice involved individuals.
