Customer Service Specialist
The Identity Group, founded in 2002, and located in downtown Pella, IA is a marketing and promotional products company specializing in sales and distribution of our clients’ branded merchandise and apparel. Customer Service Specialist – The Identity Group is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team. A successful candidate will be a motivated individual with an outgoing attitude, customer focused, and enjoys teamwork within an organization. A person with excellent organizational time management skills who will multi-task with a variety of detail-oriented work. One who can operate independently and as part of a highly functioning team to meet and exceed the level of service to our growing customer base.
Customer Service Specialist Expected Start Date: 2 weeks from Accepted Employment Offer
Responsibilities include:
• Interaction with account managers daily.
• Entering and processing daily customer and vendor purchase orders.
• Communicate with customers and vendors with updates and pre-production information.
• Running daily order reports to coordinate the client and vendor process for on-time deliveries.
• Work with other Customer Service team members to execute daily tasks.
• Verify vendor invoices and purchase orders for accuracies.
Qualifications:
• Professional communication skills, both written and oral.
• Attention to detail accuracy, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Time management capabilities while working independently.
• Friendly, professional telephone demeanor.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
