Already tired of your New Year's resolutions to get in shape and eat healthier? Don't quit just yet! Barry Westerkamp, NASM certified personal trainer, Precision Nutrition coach and co-owner of Anytime Fitness-Pella will be the speaker for this event. Barry will discuss fat loss nutrition - more specifically WHAT, WHEN and HOW to eat for fat loss. The goal of this seminar is to help educate those who would like to learn more about how to lose fat. All attendees will receive a FREE 21-day meal plan that includes recipes and a grocery list and a (healthy) lunch will be provided!
