Research by the Corporate Executive Board indicates that managers promoted into a new position take up to two years to get acclimated. That time can be shortened, when done properly. Small businesses can't afford the mistakes a new manager makes during that learning period. This transfer of power is a make-or-break moment for the new leader! This session will lay out five critical actions you need to take to shorten that learning curve.

The PACE Alliance has arranged these events to be simulcast live each month at the Graham Annex at Central College from 12-1 pm. There is no fee to attend the group simulcast. If you would like a box lunch from Central Catering they are available for $10 (box lunch RSVP's need to be made to the Alliance office by 11 am the day before the event by registering above or calling our office 628-2626).
