This Top Five monthly series hosted by the Greater Des Moines Partnership which focuse on issues small businesses face daily.  Each month features a topic such as human resources, marketing, accounting, IT and others. The featured speaker from each event in the series will introduce five key takeaways that will help your small business be successful. 

In this session learn to:

*How to develop a culture.
*The importance of culture and recruiting.
*The role of the CEO/President.
*Maintaining a culture.
*Long term benefits.

The PACE Alliance has arranged these events to be simulcast live each month at Central College from 12-1 pm.  There is no fee to attend the group simulcast.  If you would like a box lunch from Central Catering they are available for $10 (box lunch RSVP's need to be made to the Alliance office by 9 am the day prior to the event by registering above or calling our office 628-2626).
