Tassel Ridge Winery presents Wine & Wood Fired Oven Barbeque
Tonight Chef Frank is cooking Barbecue in the Tassel Ridge Wood Fired Oven! Come at 6 pm for wine tasting, then dinner begins at 6:30 with a Spinach Salad with Balsamic Marinated Onions, Grape Tomatoes, Blue Cheese, Walnuts, and Blue Cheese Dressing paired with Tassel Ridge La Crescent followed by your choice of Oven Roasted Chicken Breast or Beef Brisket both served with Smoked Sausage, Tassel Ridge Iowa St. Croix Barbecue Sauce, Oven Baked Beans, Three-Bean Salad, and Cornbread with Honey-Butter paired with Tassel Ridge 2008 Iowa St. Croix. The evening ends on a sweet note with a slice of Star Spangled White® Cake. Advance prepaid, non-refundable reservations required by 3 pm on Thursday, June 11.
