Tassel Ridge Winery presents Wine & Thrill of the Grill Dinner
Tonight Chef Frank is grilling steak! Dinner begins with a Mixed Greens Salad with Raspberries, Blue Cheese, Almonds, and Blood Orange Poppy Seed Vinaigrette paired with Tassel Ridge 2013 American La Crescent. Then, enjoy a Charcoal Grilled Sirloin with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa In the Dark. A Turtle Cheesecake paired with Tassel Ridge Chocolate Granfinalé™ ends the evening on a sweet note! Dinner seating times include 6pm, 6:15pm, 6:45pm, 7pm & 7:15pm.
