Tassel Ridge Winery presents Wine & Thrill of the Grill
Tonight, Chef Frank is firing up the grill for Surf and Turf! Come at 6 pm for wine tasting, then dinner begins at 6:30 with a Spinach Salad with Balsamic Marinated Onions, Grape Tomatoes, Blue Cheese, Walnuts, and Blue Cheese Dressing paired with Tassel Ridge La Crescent followed by followed by a Flat Iron Steak with Blue Cheese Butter and a Caribbean Spiced Shrimp Skewer served with Tomato Cucumber Salad and Roasted Red Potatoes paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa Marquette. The evening ends on a decadent note with Tassel Ridge Chocolate Granfinalé™ Double Chocolate Bread Pudding. Advance prepaid, non-refundable reservations required by 3 pmon Thursday, July 23.
