Tassel Ridge Winery presents Thanksgivng Wine Dinner
Chef Frank takes traditional Thanksgiving dishes and adds a creative touch to them! Dinner begins with Apple-Cranberry Bruschetta paired with Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante® Cranberry and is followed by Turkey and Prosciutto-Sage Roulade in Tassel Ridge Zinfull Red Cranberry Sauce served with Glazed Sweet Potato Wedges and Brussels Sprouts with Pecan Butter, all paired with Tassel Ridge Cranberry Wine. For dessert, enjoy Pumpkin Crème Brûlée. Come early for wine tasting at 6 pm, then dinner seating begins at 6:30 pm. Advance prepaid, non-refundable reservations required by Thursday, November 6.
