Tassel Ridge Winery presents OktoberWinefest Wine Dinner

Celebrate OktoberWinefest! Come at 6pm for Wine Tasting, and then enjoy a German-themed dinner that begins at 6:30pm with a Mixed Baby Greens Salad with Pears, Roasted Beets, Candied Walnuts, Goat Cheese, and Honey Mustard Vinaigrette paired with Tassel Ridge 2013 American La Crescent followed by Sauerbraten (spiced beef) served with Spätzle (house-made small dumplings) and Rotkohl (red cabbage) paired with Tassel Ridge American Merlot. And, in honor of National Dessert Day, Chef Frank’s Special Apple Strudel with Warm Vanilla Sauce paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa Prairie Snow® will end the evening on a sweet note!
