Tassel Ridge Winery presents Celebrate Fathers Dinner
Tonight, treat the Dad(s) in your life to Steak al Forno cooked in the Tassel Ridge Wood Fired Oven! Come early for wine tasting at 6 pm, then dinner begins at 6:30 with a Shrimp Cocktail paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa White Blossom followed by a Flank Steak, cooked in the Wood Fired Oven, and served with a Baked Potato and Green Beans and paired with Tassel Ridge 2009 Iowa Marquette. The evening ends on a sweet note with Dried Cherry and Walnut Bread Pudding with Crème Anglaise paired with Tassel Ridge Finalé Iowa Red.
