Situational Leadership II Concepts
Situational Leadership® II Concepts a proven model and a set of tools for opening up communication and helping other develop self-reliance. It is designed to increase the frequency and quality of conversations about performance and development between managers and the people they work with so competence is developed, commitment is gained, and talented individuals are retained.
In this session participants will learn how to:
- Diagnose other’s development levels and choose the appropriate leadership style
- Understand the negative impact of over-supervision and under-supervision on performance and morale
- Partner with team members to conduct productive performance discussions
- Choose the right leadership style for the person they are leading in relation to the goal or task they are asking the person to achieve
