Held over breakfast, these meetings feature a guest speaker to give members updates on timely projects and topics that affect your business and provides a great opportunity to meet and network with other Alliance members.  This quarter our focus will be employee recruitment and retention efforts.  Learn the current strategies and programs in place on a a state, regional and local level to development and grow our workforce.  We will be joined by Myron Linn, Deputy Director for the Iowa Economic Development Authority and Mary Bontrager, Executive Vice President of Talent Developent with the Greater Des Moines Partnership talking about their strategies and initatives to retain and attract talent to our state and area.
