Free Workout with Dutch Fit Club
Dutch Fit Club meets monthly and does a different workout every time. Please join us for a free workout on Sunday, August 26th at the Pella Community Center Room 206. This 60 minute total body workout will include a modifier for any movements you are not ready for. Sorry no minors may participate. Please bring a water, mat, light and medium weights. If you need to borrow equipment, please contact me ahead of time.
