Free Piyo Live Workout
Free Piyo Live 45 minute workout taught by Piyo Live Certified Instructor Sarah Kroes. Piyo Live is inspired by yoga and Pilates but also includes low impact cardio and strength training. Please bring a mat and water. This workout will be 45 minutes and is taught for all fitness levels. Please email CoachSarahKroes@gmail.com or Information@TriumphMA.com for more information. Minors 10-16 can participate with adult present.
