You may have seen this incredible new workout program on the Today show. Now try it for free! Dutch Fit Club Presents the brand new workout Transform 20 from super trainer Shaun T! This workout is 20 minutes with options for low impact modifications. Please bring a water bottle and a fitness step if you have one. We will have some steps for people to try the workout with. From 2-2:30pm in Room 206 on the second floor of the Pella Community Center, 712 Union St. Parking available at the library, then enter through the north doors by the alley. Free.
