Dutch Fit Club presents the brand new workout Morning Meltdown 100 from Super Trainer Jericho McMatthews. This workout is 20 minutes with options for low impact modifications. If you have a set of light or medium weights, please bring them along with a water bottle. We will have some extra weights for people to try the workout with. Easiest access is by parking at the library and using the north doors by the alley labeled "Community Services - Art and Recreation Program". This is a free workout but we do take donations towards the rental of the room. At 1pm on the second floor of the Pella Community Center - Room 206, 712 Union St.
