Tassel Ridge Winery presents Tailgating Ideas Demo
Chef Frank will begin the demo by showing you how to make a Tassel Ridge Hail Mary, made with Tassel Ridge 2008 Iowa St. Croix and garnished with bacon and a dill pickle spear! He will then make Iowa La Crescent Queso Dip and Iowa Edelweiss Buffalo Wings. From 1-3 pm. Advance prepaid, non-refundable reservations required by 3 pm on Friday, August 22.
