Tassel Ridge Winery presents American Resrve Merlot Release Dinner
To celebrate the release of the Tassel Ridge American Reserve Merlot, Chef Frank has created a special dinner that begins with a Mixed Greens Salad made with Apples, Candied Pecans, Goat Cheese, and Sweet Vidalia Onion Dressing paired with Tassel Ridge Candlelight followed by Beef Petite Shoulder Tender Medallions, a Crispy Polenta Cake, and Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pine Nuts, Bacon, and Balsamic Vinegar paired with Tassel Ridge American Reserve Merlot. A Red Wine Poached Pear Tart will end the evening on an elegant sweet note! Start with wine tasting at 6 pm, and then dinner at 6:30.
